Our client, an LGBTQ non-profit that fights for workplace equality, needed assistance with their annual summit in Philadelphia. Each year, this event brings together 3,000 attendees for education, networking, and connecting. The client needed AMI to handle all logistics.

AMI secured the location and handled contracts for the Pennsylvania Convention Center and hotels, and organized three keynote sessions where all 3,000 people were in attendance. In addition to regular, daily meal events, and a complex schedule of speakers and breakout sessions, AMI planned an exciting welcome reception and Philly street party where 10,000 Maniacs performed. The result was a well-planned, fully-executed convention that met all the client’s goals.
