Following a large and impactful merger, the client needed to secure additional investors through their upcoming forum. Their executives needed to all have an opportunity to speak and attract new opportunities. There was also a global webcast component that needed to run without a hitch.

Our team of event planners handled the full range of event planning needs including registration, event website, food and beverage, AV and technical needs, printing, transportation, lodging and meeting spaces, on-site handling, and security so the clients could focus on their objectives and not worry about what was happening behind the scenes.
In addition to the client’s forum meetings, AMI was also able to plan their visit to the NY Stock Exchange where the client’s executives rang the closing bell, which made news the next day as it was a highly profitable day in the market.
