AMI was tasked with providing an end-to-end company retreat in Kona, Hawaii. This was to be an intimate gathering for the client’s top executive team to participate in a high-level strategy session. They were looking for a place to relax away from the rush of the office, but still be productive.

The small, intimate nature of this retreat allowed AMI to fully personalize the event to our client. Our destination selection provided the perfect setting for creativity—a place to get out of their comfort zone and think outside the box. As we scoped the project, it was very clear that this group was drawn to golfing. AMI was able to deliver on this affinity by providing ample time every day for strategy sessions on the golf course and afternoon sessions inside. From food and beverage planning to AV logistics to sourcing, AMI was able to deliver a seamless, turn-key experience that met every one of the client’s needs.
